Kate consistently creates healthy, simple, and delicious recipes to share with the masses. Her eBooks all offer an educational component as well helping the reader understand the importance of using certain ingredients, avoiding certain grains, etc…
Simply Summer is a refreshing eBook filled with simple, carefree, and very nourishing recipes that are great for summer cooking! Utilizing fresh, in season ingredients, Kate has created recipe after recipe that is sure to please every palate.

I always love how Kate introduces each recipe and her descriptions in Simply Summer are particularly tantalizing! For me, summer is the most difficult time to stay motivated in the kitchen. It is hot and sticky and I am in no mood to cook! However, Kate’s recipes actually draw me in.
Something that really impressed me was how Kate took several rather savory recipes and turned them into lighter fare for summer. A roast or a soup just doesn’t sound appealing during warm weather, but Kate manages to create both such recipes in a way that makes them seem like a perfect fit for summer!
Simply Summer is also a great cookbook for those with food allergies. Most of the recipes are allergen free (and noted at the top of each recipe). Recipes can also be easily modified to fit the specific needs of a family.
