Sometimes I am given items to review as part of the giveaways that I run. Sometimes I have purchased a product, used it, loved it and asked the artisan or company who makes it to provide one of my readers with the item. I never write paid reviews. I will always clearly state whether or not I was given an item to review.
I am an affiliate with several different companies and for several different products. I use a lot of links in my posts when I am discussion health, wellness and real food related topics. These links may or may not be affiliate links. I typically will state whether or not I am an affiliate but in a link heavy post, I may not. Just know that I would never become an affiliate for a product or company that I do not trust, believe in or support. Any product listed is something that I have personally used and can stand behind.
