What are some good ways to consume coconut oil every day? 1/4 cup is a lot per day...really don't want to just eat it!! LOL

Coconut Oil can be used in place of any other oil. You can use it for baking, for sauteing, for oil in salad dressing. You can add it to smoothies or into your warm tea or coffee. You can use it like butter and add it to rice or pasta. Add it to just about any sauce. Melt it and add it into a marinade. Really - you can put it into anything!

i eat my coconut oil every morning either mixed in my oatmeal or in a smoothie. its great for throwing in coffees or lattes too and tastes a little more gourmet!
