Jennifer from Hybrid Rasta Mama will be teaming up with Jorje from Momma Jorje to host a quarterly blog carnival. The topics will wide and varied but focused on subjects that are typically not discussed in the natural parenting/mindful living world of bloggers. The carnival will take place on the last Tuesday of February, May, August, and November. Submissions will be due 5-7 days in advance.
Entering is easy…
To enter, write a new post on the selected theme and email your full text to jennifer{at}hybridrastamama{dot}com AND jorje{at}mommajorje{com} by 11:59 p.m. PST on the day of the deadline. A Google form will be available for you to add some additional information. You will then receive an email from us with a bit of code for the top and bottom of your post. On carnival day, the bottom code will be adjusted to include all the links to the participants’ posts.
We reserve the right to accept, decline or edit submissions. We will not accept posts that are written for the sole purpose of marketing or advertising or posts that are not in line with the principles of conscious parenting and mindful living. Previously published posts will not be accepted.

Carnivals are a fun way to generate traffic to your blog and create community. Your blog will be linked to from many other sites and your Carnival post will be given a lot of exposure across various social networking sites. You will also get to discover other like-minded bloggers. Plus it is just fun to see what others have written about!
